Extra Tips (That Honestly Shouldnt Work But Do)

Use less text. More overlays = more chance IG compresses your vid weirdly.

Avoid tiny fonts. They blur fast.

Solid colors > gradients. Gradients compress later than mashed potatoes. sound colors retain in the works better.
