Key responsibilities:
1. Research best schools and decision makers in the assigned geographical area
2. Call or email decision makers to schedule meetings
3. Make cold visits to fix meetings
4. Present Open Door's work to school directors, principals, and teachers
5. Follow up and negotiate to close deals
6. Maintain records in Open Door's database or CRM
7. Assist Open Door in attending conferences, exhibitions, and related events
Requirements:
1. Demonstrate desire to make a change to the school system
2. Exhibit strong convincing and communication skills
3. Be open to travel on an average of 3 days per week outside base city
